Developing metrics and assessing technical cooperation programs

MANAUS supported the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in the selection of Impact Reporting and Investment Standards (IRIS) metrics to better track and manage its portfolio of technical cooperation projects. We also helped improve a web-based platform to track information on projects and identify metrics to better capture the nonfinancial performance of grantees.

In addition, MANAUS conducted in-country visits to Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, and El Salvador to assess IADB-funded programs that support sustainable business models for those at the base of the socioeconomic pyramid. Program evaluations have been put in the form of case studies and used as centerpieces for executive education efforts to promote the replication of socially responsible practices. To access the case studies, please visit our publications page.
